"I purchased the XL in the dress and it fits well. I am 38D and wear 10 or 12 typically. Sometimes I go up to 14 in a dress because my shoulders and rib cage are broad. This dress is flexible on top because of the ties. One issue for me is that my bust doesn't feel held in. I did purchase Cakes which helped. I never ended up wearing it out because I can't get over the fact that it feels like a nightgown, but that's my own issue with slip dresses. Length was good, not to the floor like I expected. I'm 5'4""
