I am all about less is more when it comes to ingredients, which is how I discovered this YUMMY and very quick recipe! I am telling you these little bites will kick your sweet tooth without all the junk and added ingredients.
Prep Time: 30 mins Total Time: 30 mins Yield: 10-11 bites
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk all ingredients together until it looks smooth and doughy. Set aside for about 10 minutes to let ingredients settle. This part can be a little messy, but with a spoon get spoonfuls of the dough and use your hands to roll them and form them into tiny balls. The dough might be a bit sticky, but once in the freezer they will harden. Keep doing that until there is no more dough.
Place the balls on a large plate and put in the freezer. Let them sit in the freezer for about 30 minutes before using them so they become firm.
Keep the dough in the freezer and take a bite anytime you want for a simple, guilt-free vegan treat!
